    Plaquenil and Pregnancy rheumatoid I’ve been on Plaquenil for 6 months and am currently 11 weeks pregnant. I’ve had no side effects from it but do get my eyes checked due to possible retinal damage very rare from the Plaquenil. Unfortunately for me it hasn’t worked exceptionally well and I’ve been in a terrible flare.
