    Can plaquenil cause your ankles to swell Rheumatoid Arthritis. I also don't use much salt anymore because it can cause problems. I have been taking Plaquenil for several months and have not had a problem with side effects so far. I've been taking Plaquenil for several months now but I don't see any difference in my feet. If you are worried please see your Rheumatologist.
